Providing you with dementia Services across Hertfordshire
Dementia Action Week Survey
Hertfordshire County Council fund services which provide support to people living with dementia, young onset dementia, mild cognitive impairment, memory concerns and their carers within the community in Hertfordshire. These support services are provided by a range of charities and social enterprises, working together in partnership, with each other and the Council. The current contracts finish in March 2024 and the Council is reviewing what community support is offered in Hertfordshire to people living with dementia and their carers.
Hertfordshire County Council want to hear from people in Hertfordshire that are affected by dementia, other memory issues and their unpaid carers. They have created an online survey for people with dementia or memory concerns and one for carers. Please see below for links to complete the surveys.
